Ann King - CPDT
I live and train locally in the Westchester/Bronx area. My mission is to provide family friendly dog training with emphasis on positive reinforcement. I have been training dogs for over 9 years and started by apprenticing with a Trainer in NYC and went on to be among the first people in the country to get my CPDT certification in Dog Training from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. (www.ccpdt.com). I continue to educate myself in all things dog by attending seminars and workshops presented by some of the finest Dog Trainers, Behaviorists and Veterinarians in the country.
I have worked and volunteered with various shelters in NYC and Westchester.
I am also a Certified Therapy Dog Tester ( www.therapydogs.com) and an Evaluator for the AKC's Canine Cood Citizen test.
